Most of the bears live in the Charity Shop on the South side of the Square. Ajoining are the Post Office and shop, everyone goes there it is a very busy place. Next to the Shop is a small house set back from the Square. This is the little house where the Penguin Brothers live. It is a shaded little house with a plain door and a big brass knocker

On the West side of the square is the Bakery, Dairy and Tea rooms where visitors and residents meet to exchange stories, gossip and the time of day. In the middle of the Square there are two large Horse Chestnut trees.
